Where exactly are my photos and files going?
When you pick a region—like Japan—your data is physically stored in a high-security building in Tokyo. It doesn’t float in a “cloud” everywhere at once. It stays exactly where you put it, protected by the local laws of that country.
Is my money safe here?
Yes. Your banking app is built into the Sanctuary. Because it is “Sovereign,” no big international bank can freeze your account or use your money for gambling on the stock market. You are the only person with the “key” to your vault.
What if I lose my phone or forget my login?
Since there are no traditional passwords (which are easy to steal), your Sovereign ID is connected to your personal devices. We provide a simple “Emergency Key” that you can print out and keep in a safe place at home, just like a spare house key.
Does Qaori sell my information?
Never. In the Sanctuary, there are no advertisements and no trackers. We don’t even have a “back door” to look at your data. You aren’t the “product” here; you are the owner.
